With over two decades of experience in the tech and installation industry, Daryl began his career in 2002 as a radio repair technician, specializing in CB, VHF, UHF, scanner, and antenna equipment. During this time, he also earned his amateur radio license and pursued a diploma in renewable resource management.

In 2005, Daryl joined Shaw Cable as a technician and mentor, a role he held until 2020. Amid the challenges of that year, he embarked on a new journey at the JR Shaw School of Business, working towards a management diploma.

In April 2021, Daryl joined TechConnect as an In-Home Technician while completing his management courses. By early 2023, Daryl advanced to a QA role, where He developed processes and training modules to support our field technicians.

In October 2023, Daryl was promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing the In-Home Technician group within TechConnect and continues to develop and mentor the team to exceed the clients expectations.
