Rodney joins us as  Sr. Director Outside Plant (OSP) and Commercial Operations initiatives, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a results-driven leadership style. With an impressive background in Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) deployments and a deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, Rodney has a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

A recognized veteran in the telecom industry, Rodney’s strategic insight and hands-on leadership will be invaluable as we continue to expand and strengthen our OSP capabilities.

Daryl McMullan

Operations Manager

With over two decades of experience in the tech and installation industry, Daryl began his career in 2002 as a radio repair technician, specializing in CB, VHF, UHF, scanner, and antenna equipment. During this time, he also earned his amateur radio license and pursued a diploma in renewable resource management.

In 2005, Daryl joined Shaw Cable as a technician and mentor, a role he held until 2020. Amid the challenges of that year, he embarked on a new journey at the JR Shaw School of Business, working towards a management diploma.

In April 2021, Daryl joined Tech Connect as an In-Home Technician while completing his management courses. By early 2023, Daryl advanced to a QA role, where He developed processes and training modules to support our field technicians.

In October 2023, Daryl was promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing the In-Home Technician group within Tech Connect and continues to develop and mentor the team to exceed the clients expectations.
